Alexandra and Charlotte Reid, nationally celebrated local violinists, return to play Vivaldi with Cantorum Choir and Orchestra in a delicious programme of Venetian music from the city’s Golden Age of Music. The concert, conducted by Ian Taylor, includes:
- Vivaldi Magnificat
- Vivaldi Double Violin Concerto in A Minor
- Vivaldi Kyrie
- Vivaldi Laudate Dominum
- Vivaldi Laetatus Sum (I was glad)
- Monteverdi Beatus Vir
- Gabrieli Jubilate Deo

“Vivaldi in Venice” will take place on 4th October 2008 at All Saints’ Church, Marlow SL7 2AA (The beautiful riverside church by the suspension bridge at Marlow – image copyright Rob Farrow).
Please note this is a 7.30 pm concert.

Every two years, Cantorum puts on a lighthearted supper concert around a Valentine’s theme. The evening includes a sumptuous three course meal and lots of individual and comedy items by members of the choir, as well as light choral pieces. Book early! |
