Every two years, Cantorum performs a supper concert on or near Valentine’s Day.

The choral pieces are ‘romantic’ or popular, and the evening also gives the individual members of the choir the chance to perform light solos or small group pieces. In the interval, the singers serve a sumptuous professionally cooked supper to the guests at their tables. This year’s concert, held on 17th February, went down a storm, with guests citing the evening as ‘the best yet’. We have been fortunate enough to welcome several new members in 2013 and this evening was the perfect opportunity to showcase their individual and collective talents, alongside all manner of popular numbers from the choir, from the Beach Boys to Coldplay!
